Hi, I'm Holly! I'm a wife, mom, engineer, personal trainer, and entrepreneur. I am obsessed with helping women learn to love themselves and achieve their health and fitness goals. I've always been an athlete, and fitness has always been a part of my life. But I struggled for many years with body image, self-worth, and disordered eating. After two babies, my body has done amazing things and seen many changes. I struggled mentally with the physical changes postpartum, and how to balance all the things that being a working mom brings. I have finally learned how to love myself, inside and out, and I feel strong, powerful, and beautiful. I have seen so many women face similar struggles, and it has inspired me to help them. I know firsthand the Mom Guilt that can come with investing in yourself, but I know when you put yourself first, you'll excel in the other parts of your life. If you put yourself first, you can truly be energized to show up for work, for family, for life. Every woman deserves to be healthy, strong, and powerful.
